This dates back to August 2001, when Mama and Dada celebrated their wedding with a belated honeymoon at The Roughly in the Scottish Borders. A couple of very dear friends joined them. This is Mama struggling to get out of the private Loch with her friend and a couple of scotties watching!

Mama said she didn’t want to put her feet down because the bottom was so muddy. I think Agi was in the boat with Dada, who took this photo and Izzy, Kelpie, William and Poppy were there at the boathouse too.

I visited this Cottage in July last year and I can truly say that it is a magical place – I now know why Mama and Dada really loved it and went there often – at least I’ve now been there too!

Thought I’d combine a Thirsty Thursday with with a Foto Fun – this one of Kelpies little babies, slurping it’s way through a bowl of condensed milk – yes condensed milk was part of the menu back in those day. Not sure it would receive approval today, but it’s what many pups were reared on!

Me. I just like water now, although I’m partial to a drop of Goats Milk. What do you like drinking?

Yay! It’s Super-Saturday here, for the extended Clan Sparhawk. My nephew Angus and niece Poppy celebrate their 13th birthday’s today. Yipppppeeeee!

They both live in different households, and as you know we often get to meet Poppy and go for fabulous walks with her and her Mama. So it came as a wonderful surprise to hear from the family of Angus. It certainly looks like he’s doing rather well – got that “sleeping gene” covered I see!!

Both families say they’ll send more birthday pictures, so watch this space ………!

Sleepy Bob

This is me. Sleeping. Rather well, don’t you think. I seem to have lots of photos of me sleeping. I think it’s something I do really well. And you know what? It really doesn’t use up that much energy. So, if you think you need to do something today, then why not try sleeping!
