So as not to disappoint those of you who may be keeping track of what I’ve said in earlier posts, here’s the photos of me slurping in the River Teviot. Surely there can’t be many more rivers I need to drink from in Scotland …. is there?

Little Man!

Look what I found at the seaside recently. A Baby me!!!! His name is Alfie. It was his first trip to the beach. He took it all in his stride. In fact he was better co-ordinated on the beach than I was. Of course Mama wanted to bring him home with us. But I said “No!”. There’ll be time for that soon enough. Here’s to wishing a long and health life for Alfie!
Flashback Fridays

This was once how my garden looked. Now we have a bigger pond and some decking. I know it looks nice and fertile in this photo, but we were unable to take advantage of the space behind the bamboo – now though, with the decking we’ve got loadsa space to sit and relax in. I’ll get Mama to do a “before” and “after” post some time soon.
Thirsty Thursday

Here’s me (of course) sitting very prettily (for a boy) in the village of Newscastleton waiting for the festivities to start. I have to hand my trusty bowl of water so that I can slurp whenever I feel like it. It was so hot that we had to put up an umbrella so that I could keep cool. Who’d have thought that would happen in Scotland! You can also just about see my Scottish Terrier Health Awareness ribbon peeking out through my beard!
