Little Man!

bobby & alfie

Look what I found at the seaside recently. A Baby me!!!! His name is Alfie. It was his first trip to the beach. He took it all in his stride. In fact he was better co-ordinated on the beach than I was. Of course Mama wanted to bring him home with us. But I said “No!”. There’ll be time for that soon enough. Here’s to wishing a long and health life for Alfie!

Love You Mama

This is our new series of postings – three word musings. However on this one occasion I feel the need to express myself more fully, which I’m sure none of you will mind. Rest assured the next postings in this series will consist of my three word musings and I sincerely hope that you’ll join in ….

This is me having written a message to my Mama. I think She already knows this, but I thought I’d make it public, so that anyone passing by this spot on the beach at Mablethorpe will be in no doubt about my feelings towards her!

Thirsty Thursday

A slightly different angle to “Thirsty Thursday” this week. Remember the post that displayed the ‘broken babies’ that me and Mama fixed? Well here’s the new babies that Dada felt he needed to buy to replace those broken babies. This time he bought four of them ‘cos he knows that Mama loves her coffee. Aren’t these cute! They’ve managed to stay in one piece throughout our journey from Scotland to Mablethorpe; they lived there for a couple of weeks, then me and Mama brought them back home to our ‘main house’ in Nottinghamshire. We’ve got quite a collection of scottie cups now, including broken ones that Mama won’t throw away.
