Dedicated to my beloved Scotties
Sadly we had to say goodbye to our little man Finlay. He had been in a one-sided battle with bladder cancer. He was helped across the Rainbow Bridge laying the arms of his devoted mama, both of them sitting in his favourite place, at 15:30 GMT on Tuesday 21st May 2013.
When our emotions are not so raw, we shall post a fitting tribute to this very very brave little chap, who stole our hearts from the moment he was born.
This is one of our brothers from our “real mama’s” 2nd litter. See how tiny he is. One ear up and one ear down – sweet lil’ thing!
Wanted to share with Ranger the “Love a Tree” day today. However, no matter how much cajoling She did, there was no way we were gonna be seen near a tree. And as our bloggies are about us Scotties and other lovely breeds, we were not gonna take a picture of Her “loving a tree”.
So the next best thing we can do, is to show you this tree, which we passed today, that really needs to be “loved”. Poor thing seems to have broken a big branch after all the windy weather we’ve had – so lets all give this tree a little blogsville collective hug. Hope you don’t mind Ranger – maybe not quite what you had in mind.
It’s just sooo good to see these babies thirsty!
