Paws 4 Thought …

Here’s our thoughts for May ….

His name is not wild dog anymore, but the first friend, because he will be our friend for always and always and always.

(Rudyard Kipling, 1865-1936)

Oh …. those were the days when there was 5 of us ……..

    • This is Bridlington Beach, kinda north east coast of England, often deserted as you can see, however I seem to remember it being winter. That’s me walking beside Daddy. I’m wearing my poo-pouch as I used to be the one to carry all the “poo” !!

    • I would love to have more Scotties around, but I’ve heard Them talking about only keeping two at a time. I suppose there’s advantages in that – I get half the attention, rather than a fifth of it. Don’t get me wrong, we were never ignored – we all made sure of that!

  1. Hey, been wondering why we have not seen your post, ahhh stupid us hey!, will get your name changed to show up on our reading list. So glad you came by, been missing you!

    • We’ve been a little preoccupied with finlay’s illness, but not that They’ve got it a little more under control, I can get out and about a little bit more. I’m glad I popped by – catcha later!

    • We most certainly did turn heads. It got to the stage where They considered having tee-shirts printed with all the questions already answered : Like “How can you tell them apart” “Are they all related” “You don’t see many of these anymore” And They would answer “Yes it’s very very easy to tell them apart they all have different characters” “Yes they are all related …..” And the final one He always replied “Well we see plenty of this type of dog every day” ….. Oh those were the days. Now everyone turns their heads to see Finlay in his stroller!

  2. I couldn’t agree more with Wallace and Sammy’s mom. I would LOVE to have 5 Scotties one day (rescue, of course). But Scottie Dad won’t even let us add one more, never mind three. Sigh. Much love, The Scottie Mom.
