Our doggie quote for November ….
Whoever thinks dogs are guileless hasn’t witnessed my pathetic pooch in full begging mode after a titbit
(Mae Somers)
Dedicated to my beloved Scotties
Apologies to everyone! We’ve been, well I, Finlay, have been panic posting. Why? ‘Cos Bobby is in the vets having his …. you know ….. bits removed. He was seriously ill over the last few days and we’ve all been in “panic mode”. With my help, I’ve kept Her busy by travelling the world meeting our furiends. Thankfully the Vet has just phoned to say Bobby is well after his op and can be collected later this afternoon. P.H.E.W !!!!!
Obviously we’ve got to wait and see what the lab results are ‘cos this “thing” happened sooooooo quickly, no one knows where it came from.
We’re now clock watching …… Jeez. HE’S. OK. just chill out. You know what? You can’t tell these humans anything. ANYTHING!
Anyway, apologies about the panic posting – hope everyone else out there is ok!
We like meeting new friends as well. So we’re “borrowing” this post from Sophia – thanks Sophia. Go check them out.

What a better way to spoil our favourite furry friends than with gifts all the way from France?
Merci & kiss kiss.

Whoa – another great picture of the three girls, October 2002. This was taken at Cragside in Rothbury, the home of the first Lord Armstrong, a great british inventor. Look at all the “burrs” Izzy has collected – we bet They all had fun trying to extract those! Apparently Cragside is His favourite place to visit. They’ve been there several times, but yet to take us – think we’ll remind Them that we’ve not been there yet!
As part of our “Scampering Scotties” series, featuring our walks, we are also spotlighting our furiends walks. This month we are pleased to bring you an article written by Hailey (with probably a sniff or two from Zaphod!), from “The Hailey Chronicles” talking about their favourite walk.
We just moved to the country in August and have new favourite walks now.
His favourite walk is down by the beach because he loves to swim.
My favourite walk (Hailey) is in the trails behind our house. There is so much more to sniff there. (You can see from the picture I picked, we saw something good in the bush!)
We are very lucky to live in the Gatineau Hills In Quebec Canada with a Lady who loves to walk us.
To check out what Hailey and Zaphod get up to on a regular basis, check out their blog.
