When Fabi Met …

Oh well, in for a penny, in for a pound as they say here in England. Here’s a little Fabi something or another. We’ve decided that for the moment I’ll post of her behalf, that is until she’s a bit older, then she can do her own work!

So, here comes a series of posts that I’ll call “When Fabi Met …” cos for a while some of these things that I meet every day, will be a “first” for Fabi. And these photos are of when she met the resident swans on our local mini reservoir ….

    • She was very interested in them. Mama couldn’t get her away from them, and as you can see, the baby swans had got a mummy and a daddy with them, so we all had to be careful. I was hoping the swan would teach Fabi a lesson, but Mama saved the day!

    • Fabi wanted to ‘take the swans on’ – stood her ground like a proper scottie with scottie-tude. But Mama encouraged her strongly, to move away – took some doing as Fabi was determined to give the swans a good scottie seeing to!

  1. From your comments above I think you are going to have your paws full with little Fabi. She looks very sweet but shes got the scottie-tude we all love so much
    Big hugs to you both

  2. Oh Fabi you had better leave the swan be. Why when they grab hold of you they pinch like the devil and don’t let go. Why I had one almost get my bum. They are fast runners on the ground.
Thanks for stopping by my blog

  3. VERY alert! A true scottie. We’re impressed that she’s on that bridge thingy. We were all scared of those at first.
